Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original
packaging with all labels still attached.
All returns must have a completed returns form.
We will credit the card used in the original purchase - this may take
3-5 working days to appear as cleared funds.
If the original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account
that the order was placed with.
I need a Replacement / Exchange product in a hurry - what should
I do?
If you are in a hurry to get your
return processed, you can opt fast track your return. You simply place
a new order online for the replacement item and we will charge and send
the order as normal. Then you can simply return the original item for
a refund by filling out a complete Fast
Track Returns Form
You will be charged in full for the replacement order as usual when they
are sent, and refunded for the original returned product upon receipt.
This option can only be used on new items for exchange and does not apply
to faulty, damaged or warranty inspection items.
The original items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Paypal
Returning a PayPal order is almost the same as other orders.
Please return as other orders within 28 days. We will credit your PayPal
account that was used to pay for the items which may take around 5 working
days to appear as cleared funds. Unfortunately we are unable to swap items
paid for by PayPal. Please return the product(s) and place a new order
for the required products(s) you require
I would like to return a product for a refund - what should I
do?
There is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you think
that our help and advice may avoid you having to return the product.
Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Goods returned within
7 days of receipt can have the outbound postage charge refunded (if
applicable) in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, which
must be requested on the returns form.

You have sent me the wrong product?
Believe it or not, being human we do make mistakes (but very rarely).
If we have sent you a product, different to what is on your invoice we
will be happy to make an exchange and pay your postage costs for returning
the item.

these costs to your card or send a cheque for the value. We can only refund
the cost of 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded or Standard Parcel Force Post
for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office
and should arrive within a few days. You may send goods back to us using
other courier or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate
2nd class postage cost.

Returns - Terms & Conditions
We do not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or
incorrectly sent - in these cases we will refund the postage costs on
receipt of your parcel and postage receipt. If you are not happy with
your unworn purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 28
days of receipt for an exchange or refund. We recommend that returns are
send by a recorded delivery method, to insure against loss we are not
responsible for loss of packages not received.
Warranties cover defect of workmanship and fabrics, but do not cover normal
wear of material. Products that are replaced will be replaced with the
same size and model as those originally purchased. Please make sure that
products returned for warranty are washed and clean. We will exchange
as soon as possible for you. If you have just changed your mind, and no
longer want the goods, a refund will be given as soon as the goods are
received, logged and inspected - this may take up to 7 working days. If
the goods are faulty or damaged and they need to be returned - we will
refund postage to the value of £8 maximum, if delivery costs more
than this - please contact us to arrange a collection. If we have sent
the goods incorrectly, we will exchange, and refund your postage, or refund
in full to a maximum of £8 for Royal Mail Standard or 'Recorded
Delivery' only (this does not include special delivery if Recorded delivery
is an acceptable means) - A receipt must be produced with the return for
a postage refund to be given. If the product is found not to be warrantable
- postage costs will not be refunded. We cannot refund or exchange until
the returned goods are returned to us and signed for. It is up to the
customer returning goods to ensure they are returned in original condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any good damaged
in transit must be reported immediately, please keep hold of all packaging
in case an inspection is required. GOODS ARE DISPATCHED IN PERFECT CONDITION
- LENSES OF EYEWEAR WILL BE INSPECTED FOR SCRATCHES OR MARKS. NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN IF RETURNED SUB-STANDARD. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING
ON EYEWEAR. ANY FREE ITEMS GIVEN FOR AN ORDER REACHING A PARTICULAR VALUE,
MUST ALSO BE RETURNED IF THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DROPS BELOW THE MINIMUM
SPEND TO ACHEIVE THE PRODUCT - IF THE FREE PRODUCT IS NOT RETURNED - THE
FULL RETAIL VALUE WILL BE CHARGED.
