Dirtsport Limited conforms to the 'Distance Selling Regulations', which are designed to protect you when buying items by mail order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund/exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or you simply don't like what you've ordered.
Christmas Returns
Any returns purchased from now up until Christmas, can be returned for a full refund or exchange up to the 14th January 2012. Goods must be returned in the original packaging, unused, in re-saleable condition and in accordance with our returns procedures below.
I need a Replacement / Exchange product in a hurry - what should I do?
If you are in a hurry to get your return processed, you can opt to 'fast track' your return. There is no need to contact us. You simply place a new order online for the replacement item and we will charge and send the order as normal. Then you can simply return the original item for a refund by filling out a complete our Fast Track Returns Form
You will be charged in full for the replacement order as usual, and then refunded for the original returned product returned within 28 days upon receipt at the Dirtsport warehouse. This option can only be used on new items for exchange and does not apply to faulty, damaged or warranty inspection items. Goods must be in original packaging. Goods must not be fitted, modified or used. We will refund your card in receipt of the returned item(s).

Fast Returns
The 'Fast Track' returns option shown below is the most effective method of returning a product(s) to Dirtsport Limited.

Items For Exchange / Refund
There is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid you having to return the goods (in the case of a fitting problem etc). Click Here for a Standard Returns Form
Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Goods returned within 7 days of receipt can have the outbound postage charge refunded (if applicable) in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, which must be requested on the returns form.
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used.
Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form
Paypal - Returning a PayPal order is almost the same as other orders.
Please return as other orders within 28 days. We will credit your PayPal account that was used to pay for the items which may take around 5 working days to appear as cleared funds. Unfortunately we are unable to swap items paid for by PayPal. Please return the product(s) and place a new order for the required products(s) you require as the the Fast Track Returns. International Returns
Customers outside of the UK must follow the instructions below along with our standard Returns Form
To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently you must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document ( CN22 and/ or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender.
Warranty / Faulty Product Information
Most of our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you believe that a product is faulty or you believe that it has failed in it's use/purpose, please fill out a Returns Form Here
Please Note: Because of the nature of some of our 'Technical Products', the returned item may be returned to the manufacturer for inspection & testing, which can take up to 10 working days (please ensure you leave time for this procedure). Technical products require special care/washing/maintenance, and goods will inspected to ensure that these specific guidelines have been followed by the customer. Failure to follow the specific guidelines for these products will void the warranty. Products affected by incorrect washing can & will be tested by the manufacturers. E.g: Leather must be washed in a Cold wash, using a very gentle detergent, not using bleach, line dry only away from direct sunlight or heat, no ironing, do not dry clean, and treat with leather conditioner periodically - Leather can & will be tested for the correct washing procedure.
You have sent me the wrong product?
Believe it or not, being human we do make mistakes (but very rarely). If we have sent you a product, different to what is on your invoice please return the incorrect item to us and we'll sent the correct item asap.

You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card or send a cheque for the value. A receipt of the postage costs must be produced, to allow us to refund the postage costs. We can only refund the cost of 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded or Standard Parcel Force Courier Service for larger items to a maximum of £6 - these are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days. We do not accept responsibility for packages which do not arrive with us. Please contact sales for a collection if the cost will be more than £6. Goods must be accompanied with a complete Returns Form
